Seafood Specialist / Store Manager FULL TIME - Annapolis Seafood Markets - Compensation: TBD in Annapolis, California

As the Seafood Market Manager / Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with all customers, going out of your way, fulfilling their visit beyond expectation. As a manager - our employees are the backbone of our company; you will work with the rest of management staff to create a friendly, mentoring environment to build success of the market through excellent customer service and a staff who has demonstrated passion for food who are knowledgeable about our products.
The Market Manager will demonstrate a high level of integrity with employees and our customers. Remaining constantly focused with a calm demeanor will create a wonderful experience for both our employees and customers. You will ensure proper education of department employees on the handling and rotation of all products; you will LEAD BY EXAMPLE and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit our stores.

Requirements:
We are looking for team players as a Seafood Market Manager / Specialist - previous experience, in food stores, or restaurant kitchens with a specialty in seafood. The right person must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skill and possess basic computer skills (examples, Microsoft - Word, Excel, Outlook) for ordering and inventory. Additionally - strong merchandising and multi-tasking - highly motivated - understanding urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced work place with all levels of employees. This opportunity is a HAND-ON job that requires standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, stacking, and maneuver objects throughout the workday. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position.
